1. Eligibility — You must be 18+ and reside in a permitted jurisdiction. fendfee is not available to residents of the United States, Türkiye, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea, or Cuba. By creating an account you represent that you are not located in or a resident of any restricted jurisdiction.
2. The Service — fendfee is a partner referral platform. We share commissions earned from affiliated exchanges with our users.
3. Account — You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity on your account.
4. Refunds & Withdrawals — Refunds accrue after exchange-side reconciliation. Minimum withdrawal is 10 USDT, paid on USDT · BEP-20 (BSC). Every withdrawal is manually reviewed by our team and signed off within 1 hour. High-value withdrawals may trigger an additional risk check before sending.
5. Prohibited Activity — Multiple accounts per individual, sanctions evasion, and any unlawful use are forbidden.
6. Termination — We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms or whose linked exchanges flag suspicious activity.
7. Changes — We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice on the platform.
