OKX has no official KYC transfer for switching referrals. You must close the existing account and, after the 30-day cooldown, register a new account through the FendFee link. KYC / referral transfer

OKX does not offer a standard KYC transfer flow that re-points an existing account to a different referral link. The only way to convert an account that wasn't opened through the FendFee referral is to close the existing account and, after the cooldown, re-register through the FendFee link. OKX may enforce a 30-day cooldown before allowing re-registration with the same phone, email, or identity. Before closing, withdraw your full balance, close open positions, cancel pending orders, and review every earn/staking position, bonus, and locked balance.
