fendfee is a cashback platform for crypto traders. We share back 40% of the eligible trading commissions you pay on partner exchanges, settled in USDT on BEP-20.

Partner exchanges pay us a referral commission for the volume our users generate. We keep a slice and pass the majority back to you as cashback. The exchange charges you the same fee — fendfee just routes a share of it back to your wallet.

Yes. There is no subscription and no fee on top of what your exchange already charges. Just sign up, link a UID, and the cashback starts.

Never. We only ever read your trading volume from the partner exchange. We don't have API trading rights, we cannot move funds, place trades, or initiate withdrawals on your behalf. Your assets stay 100% on the exchange you trade on.

Yes. Link a UID on Bitget, OKX, WEEX, and BingX all from the same dashboard. Cashback from every connected account flows into the same fendfee balance.

Exchanges only credit us for users registered through our link. If you signed up to the exchange independently, the exchange can't share commissions on your trades — and we can't share cashback. The referral link is what unlocks the whole flow.

Often yes, through a KYC-transfer process or by creating a sub-account under our referral. Each exchange page (e.g. /partners → Bitget) walks through the exact steps for that exchange.

A staff member checks each UID against the exchange partner report. Newly registered accounts may not appear in the report immediately; keep the UID pending and follow any instructions shown in the dashboard.

The most common reason is that the account wasn't registered through fendfee's referral. Other reasons: KYC pending at the exchange, duplicate of another fendfee account, or sanctioned jurisdiction. The rejection email lists the exact reason and what to do.

Some exchanges (BingX, sometimes Bitget) allow KYC/account transfer to a new referral. Others (OKX, WEEX) require a fresh sub-account. Email [email protected] with your exchange and we'll guide you.

To receive cashback your exchange account must have been opened through our referral link or correctly linked to our system. If you already have an account on the exchange, some exchanges offer an identity-transfer option that lets you carry your existing KYC over to a new account. Not every exchange supports this. Others require closing the old account and waiting a defined cool-down before reopening. Because these rules vary per exchange, we recommend checking the official policy of the relevant exchange before acting and contacting their support if needed.

Bitget does not document a standard referral rebind. Its current deletion guide says deletion is irreversible, review may take up to 24 hours, and re-registration with the same phone, email, or identity requires a 30-day wait. Do not close an account solely on fendfee's instruction; secure every balance, position, order, active product, bonus, and required record, then confirm eligibility with Bitget support. OKX documents a Reconnect users flow for eligible existing accounts. Open fendfee's measured reconnect invitation, sign in, enter the FendFee invitation code and requested reason, and submit the application. First check My Referrer: BingX says a referral code can be added later only when the account has never deposited and has never invited users. Otherwise, eligible Advanced-KYC users may transfer identity to a new unverified destination account; transfer conditions and a 180-day cooldown apply. Staff records eligible trading-fee data from the exchange partner reports. Your balance updates after the applicable partner period is reconciled; timing depends on report availability.

Cashback is calculated from the eligible fees confirmed in the partner report and the applicable rebate rate. Example: $1,000,000 in taker volume × a 0.06% taker fee × a 40% rebate equals $240. Your actual result follows the reconciled partner report, fee schedule, product, VIP tier, and order mix.

Bitget, OKX, WEEX, BingX: 40% of your taker commission back. The exact rate is shown on each partner's page.

Our rebate % is fixed regardless of your VIP level. But if your VIP tier lowers the taker fee you actually pay, the dollar amount of cashback goes down with it — because we're sharing back a percentage of a smaller fee.

Because it's calculated from the taker fees you actually paid. Heavy maker-only flow or low-fee VIP tiers naturally produce smaller cashbacks. The dashboard shows exact numbers per trade-period — no hidden rounding.

USDT on BEP-20 (BSC) is the current payout rail. Network fees and confirmation times vary; the withdrawal screen shows the applicable amount and current status.

A withdrawal can remain pending during manual review, address checks, broadcast, or network confirmation. Check the Withdrawals page for its current status and contact support if it remains outside the expected window shown there.

If it is still pending and has not been broadcast on-chain, contact [email protected] immediately to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed. Once sent on-chain, it cannot be reversed.

Eligible users who register through your measured referral link are attributed to your account. When an eligible referral earns cashback, a tiered affiliate commission is created as pending and becomes withdrawable only after staff approval.

Up to 9 active referrals: 15% of every cashback they earn. 10 active referrals or more: 20% on all of them. Recalculated continuously.

It enters pending status when an eligible referee cashback record creates the affiliate commission. It becomes available only after a staff member approves that commission.

Yes. Open Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication and scan the QR code with any TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password). Once enabled, every sign-in asks for the 6-digit code in addition to your password.

Settings → Security → Change password. We confirm the new password by signing every other device out — only the browser you change it from stays signed in.

Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. We email a one-time link valid for 30 minutes. The link only works once.

Settings → Active sessions lists every device currently signed in with the IP and last-seen device. "Sign out everywhere else" kills every session except the one you're using.

We email a "New sign-in to fendfee" alert the moment a new device signs in. If it wasn't you, hit Settings → Active sessions → Revoke and change your password immediately. Reply to the alert email — we lock the account fast.

Every BEP-20 address you add must be verified with a 6-digit code we email you. Withdrawals are blocked until verification, so a leaked session cookie can't reroute your payouts.

Only your UID and aggregated trading volume — that's all we send. Your email, IP, and other PII never reach the partner exchanges.

Yes — we send a confirmation email at signup. Click the link to activate the affiliate program and email-based withdrawal codes. Cashback still accrues before verification, but you can't withdraw or claim affiliate payouts until you confirm.

Settings → Privacy → Download my data returns a JSON of every record we hold for you (profile, balance, exchange UIDs, wallets, withdrawals, referrals, audit log). Secrets like password hashes are stripped.

Yes. Settings → Delete account. We anonymize your record (profile, wallets, exchange UIDs) immediately. Settled withdrawal hashes are kept anonymously for compliance — they're public on-chain anyway.

No, unless you opt in via the footer newsletter. Required emails (verify, withdrawal codes, payouts, security alerts) always send because they're transactional.
