First check My Referrer: BingX says a referral code can be added later only when the account has never deposited and has never invited users. Otherwise, the documented identity-transfer path may work for an eligible Advanced-KYC account and a new unverified destination account. KYC / referral transfer
BingX says an account with no deposit and no invited users may still add a referral code under My Referrer. If that path is unavailable, eligible Advanced-KYC users may transfer identity to a new unverified account. The destination must remain unverified, both accounts enter a 180-day transfer cooldown, and P2P or abnormal-account conditions can block transfer.
